My Covid Classics – #1

Since the beginning of this hilarious new internet challenge, I have wanted to join in on the fun of recreating famous works of art at home.  It only made sense that an artist/art historian would participate while in self-quarantine, but honestly, I didn’t know where to begin.  Then it hit me… Frida Kahlo!

I’ll admit that while I only used objects found around my house to recreate this painting, I did edit the photo a little after the fact so that it looked a bit more like a painting rather than just a straight up photo.
