It appeared that all was lost.
The Orlando International Fringe Festival had been cancelled due to the pandemic. Then, in a stroke of brilliance, the Fringe became VIRTUAL.
That’s right, the Orlando Fringe has become FRINGE TODAY! for its 2020 season! Two weeks of incredible programming – art shows, theatrical performances, creative demonstrations, concerts, dancing, acrobatics, puppetry – you name it, they’ve got it and it’s all online and it’s all FREE.
I am thrilled to announce that I, The Wandering Art Historian, will be contributing to this year’s extraordinary array of events! I will be representing Visual Fringe, the visual arts side of the Fringe, with a very special presentation of “Art History in Pop Culture.” To watch, tune in to the Orlando Fringe Facebook page on Tuesday, May 19th at 7pm.

Adrienne, I could not see your specific event on these pages. Am I missing something? Just the “day of” listings. Is there a cost? Must one buy tickets?

The event is entirely FREE and so is my presentation. The Orlando Fringe event page for May 19th will list all of the performances/presentations scheduled for that day in the “Details” section.
