THANK YOU!

My sincerest gratitude to all those who tuned in to last night’s presentation of “Art History in Pop Culture” for the Orlando Fringe.

If you have ever attended one of my lectures or classes, then you know that I am not like most art history instructors. I am a big nerdy weirdo with no shame prone to funny voices, bad puns and dry humor. My husband once said to me after a lecture, “You know… your lectures are kind of like shows.” He’s not wrong. For me, part of the fun of talking to people about ART is the give-and-take with a live audience.

Of course, all that has changed since we’ve been social distancing.

However, last night’s presentation felt different. While it was a broadcast of a prerecorded video on Facebook Live, with all of your comments and reactions appearing in real time, it kinda’ felt like the good old days when we could meet in person. Thank you for that.

If you missed any part of last night’s presentation, please feel free to view the entire video as I have added it to my YouTube channel. Here’s the link…
